Our Team

"Legacy builders, memory makers."

Our Founders

In 2000, a series of heartbreaking losses brought our friends and family together. Through our shared passion for fitness, we organised a bike ride and found strength in sharing our thoughts with one another. We realised that by organising similar events, we could make a real difference—both in our own lives and within our community.

Later that same year, 13 of us united to compete in our very first triathlon—and that’s when the idea of Tri4Life was born.

Our Family

With each passing year, more and more people have become part of this ever-growing family. We are united by our passion for supporting both mental and physical health while raising money for important charities that are close to our hearts. The Tri4Life family is a vibrant mix of individuals driven by the same passion, determination, and commitment to making a real impact. Whether it’s playing in a netball tournament, bagging groceries, or even climbing Mount Everest, we continually come together—strong in numbers and driven to make our community a better place.

Our Future

At Tri4Life, we believe in the power of sport and community to transform lives. That’s why we’re passionate about involving young people in our activities—not just to keep them active, but to help them grow into confident, engaged, and healthy individuals.

From sports and fitness to community events and personal development programs, we foster discipline, resilience, and teamwork, giving kids the tools to thrive in all aspects of life. Everyone is welcome—no matter their age or ability!

By investing in the next generation, we’re not just building athletes—we’re shaping future leaders.
“I have been part of it from the very beginning. Reflecting on what it means to me. I have to start by saying it has been an extraordinary journey of excitement exposing us to things you couldn’t imagine in a normal life.

I have been humbled, enlightened and impressed by the many who have gone above and beyond to help people. Often rousing my conscience of what I can do to touch a life and hopefully make a change to someone’s circumstance for the better.  The journey has exposed us to different thinking about what is possible and what can be done.

You would find it hard to find a small local group of individuals that have achieved what we have as Tri4Life. This is inspiring stuff that is contagious, taking along a lot of people feeling the benefits, positivity and joy that all that we do brings.

Friendship and remembrance are celebrated and never too far from our thoughts in our journey. Tri-4-Life changes lives without a doubt.”
